Harshad combines qualifications in chartered accountancy, fraud examination, European data protection and law to bridge the analytical gap between financial metrics and legal constraints. He advises on sensitive matters where the cost of ambiguity is high.
His work spans cross-border mergers, investments under FEMA, SEBI registration pathways and asset protection. His data law practice delivers governance programmes aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR.
