This policy explains how HST Assure Advisors handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), the area of advice you choose and the message you write. If you book a consultation through the calendar on the Contact page, the details you enter there are collected by Microsoft Bookings, under Microsoft's own terms and privacy statement.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. Like any website, our hosting provider and content provider receive your internet address when your browser requests a page.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to check for any conflict of interest before an engagement, and to arrange a consultation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it for us

Enquiry form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify. Website content is delivered by Sanity. Consultation bookings are handled by Microsoft. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to meet our professional record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@hstassureadvisors.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, for example if we add analytics.
